REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Solid Waste & Recycling Collection and Disposal Services
The Town of Chase, Oconto County, WI, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide residential solid waste and recycling collection and disposal services beginning January 1, 2026.
Key Details:
- Services may be offered to up to 800 households within the Town.
- Residents will have a choice: they may use the selected hauler, continue using the Town’s recycling center, or use a combination of both.
- Contract Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027.
- Recycling Options: weekly or bi-weekly recycling pickup.
- Contractors must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and insurance coverage.
Proposal Deadline:
All proposals must be received by 6:30 p.m. CST on September 30, 2025.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
